Before placing an order, you’ll need to create a Qumpra account.
1️⃣ Click Register or Sign Up on the website.
2️⃣ Enter your basic details (name, email, mobile number, and password).
3️⃣ Verify your information if required.
Having an account allows you to:
Track your orders
Save your delivery address
Switch locations easily
View your order history
Checkout faster on your next purchase
Tip: Use an active mobile number so our team can contact you if needed regarding your order.
Before shopping, choose your location and preferred store.
1️⃣ Click the Location Selector on the website.
2️⃣ Select your city.
3️⃣ Choose your preferred store or market.
This step is important because:
Product availability depends on the selected store.
Prices may vary per location.
Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from the selected store to your delivery address.
Make sure you select the correct location before adding items to your cart to avoid changes later.
Tip: If you change locations, your cart items will transfer only if they are available in the new store.
After selecting your location and store, you can start shopping.
You can find products in two ways:

Type the name of the product you’re looking for (e.g., tomatoes, dried fish, pork belly). Results will show available items based on your selected store.
📦 Click “View All Products”
Prefer to explore? Click View All Products to browse everything available. You can scroll through categories and discover fresh market goods and grocery essentials.
➕ Add to Cart
1️⃣ Select your desired product.
2️⃣ Choose quantity (and preferred options if available).
3️⃣ Click Add to Cart.
Your cart will update automatically, and you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout anytime.
Tip: Always make sure your correct location is selected before adding items to your cart to ensure availability and accurate pricing.

What happens when you change location?
When you change your preffered location or store:
Your cart items will automatically transfer to the new location if the items are available there.
If an item is not available in the new location, it will be removed from your cart.
Prices may also adjust depending on the selected store or market.
We recommend reviewing your cart after switching locations to make sure everything is still correct before checkout.
Once you’ve added all your items to the cart:
1️⃣ Review your cart to make sure everything is correct.
2️⃣ Click Proceed to Checkout.
3️⃣ Enter your complete delivery address.
4️⃣ Choose your preferred payment method.

🚚 Delivery Fee
The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance between your selected store and your delivery address.
The farther the distance, the higher the delivery fee.
Changing your selected store/location may also change the delivery fee.
The exact amount will be automatically shown before you place your order.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation, and our team will begin sourcing your items fresh from your selected market.
Tip: Double-check your delivery address and selected location before confirming your order to avoid delays or fee changes.

After that, our delivery riders take over—making sure everything arrives safely, quickly, and just the way you wanted. 3. Delivery partner will pick-up and delivery to your address.

Exchange or Return of Goods
We get it—sometimes things aren’t quite what you expected. If your order arrives with the wrong item, damaged goods, or anything else that doesn’t feel right, just let us know. We'll coordinate with our kumprador and rider partners to sort it out, fast and fair. Our team makes sure that your concerns are heard and handled with care, because at Kumprador.com, every customer matters and every purchase deserves satisfaction.
The product is not accepted back if:
- 🕒 Reported too late – Requests made beyond the allowed time window (e.g., after 24 hours) may not qualify.
- 📦 Items already used or opened – Once goods have been consumed or tampered with, we may not be able to take them back.
- 🛍️ Change of mind – If the item was delivered correctly and in good condition, personal preference changes aren’t eligible.
- 🥬 Perishable goods – Some fresh items like produce or cooked food may not be returnable due to safety and spoilage risks.
- 🧾 No proof of concern – Missing photos or clear descriptions of the issue may lead to declined requests.
- 🏷️ Wrong item ordered – If the mistake came from the customer’s side, we may not be able to process a return.
- 🚫 Non-refundable categories – Certain items may be marked as non-returnable at checkout or due to hygiene policies.

No worries! You can track your delivery in real time through our Delivery Rider’s Page—just head there to see your rider’s location and estimated arrival time. If things seem delayed or unusual, feel free to reach out and we’ll check in with your assigned kumprador and rider to make sure everything’s on track. We’ve got your back every step of the way!
Yes, we do! We know essentials don’t take a break, so our kumpradors and riders are ready to serve even on public holidays. Just a heads-up: deliveries on these special days may come with an additional Holiday Premium to support our hardworking team. Rest assured, every order is handled with care—no matter the calendar.
Chances are, yes we do! Our standard delivery covers areas within a 7 to 10 km radius from our partner markets. For locations a bit farther—up to 15 km—we offer Long Distance Delivery, just keep in mind that perishable items aren't ideal for those extended routes.
Yes—just place your order before 3:00 PM and you’re good to go for same-day delivery! Orders made after the cut-off will be delivered the next day. This helps our kumpradors and riders pick and deliver your items fresh and on time. So if you’re planning ahead for dinner or restocking essentials, just keep the clock in mind!
Ideally, yes—it’s best if someone can personally receive the order. But we understand you might not always be around. In cases like that, you can leave a note for the receiver or simply send a quick text message to let them know the delivery’s on its way. With your permission, our rider may also take a photo of the receiver as proof. Whether it’s you, a family member, or a trusted neighbor, we’ll make sure your items are safely handed over.
